 - 구성품 중 '인쇄물'의 경우 빛 비춤 없이 정면에서 육안으로 보이는 초상 부분의 도색 불량, 찍힘, 스크래치 등 외에는 교환이 불가합니다.

   on the portrait area when viewed directly from the front without direct light exposure.

 - 包含物中的“印刷品”，在非对光且从正面以肉眼可见的情况下，除人像部分的印瑕、压痕、刮痕等之外，概不接受退换。

- 외부 케이스는 상품을 보호하기 위한 보호제로 경미한 스크래치 등이 발생할 수 있으며, 이로 인한 교환 및 반품이 불가함을 알려드립니다.

- In particular, the outer case may have minor scratches due to the protective agent used to protect the product.

  Please understand that it is not subject to exchanges and returns.

- 外盒作为保护商品之用途，故可能产生一些些微的刮痕，这部分则无法做更换。

[LP 구매 시 주의 사항] 

1) 제작 또는 배송 과정 중 재킷 및 모서리의 미세한 눌림, 내지(속지)의 일부 구김,

    포장 OPP 비닐 및 스티커의 일부 훼손 등은 교환 대상에 해당되지 않습니다. (개봉 시 교환/환불 불가)

    * 외관상 명백한 불량인 제품의 경우 꼭 개봉 전 교환 가능 여부 요청해 주세요. 

2) 톤암과 침압 조절 기능이 없는 일체형 또는 올인원 턴테이블로 재생 시 튐 현상 등이 발생할 수 있습니다. 

    이 경우 불량 교환 대상이 아니며 침압 조절이 가능한 턴테이블로 재생을 부탁드립니다.

    * 침압(바늘의 무게) 조절 기능이 없는 일체형, 올인원 턴테이블

     / 미끄러짐을 방지하는 안티 스케이팅 기능이 없는 턴테이블 등으로 재생 문제 시 불량 인정 안됩니다.

3) LP 센터홀의 구경, LP 라벨의 부착은 공정상 미세한 오차가 있을 수 있습니다. 

    또한 재생에 지장이 없는 디스크의 미세한 먼지, 흠, 휨 등은 교환 대상에 해당되지 않습니다. 

    (전용 제품을 통해 센터홀 조정 가능하며 전용 "클리너" 및 "LP 스태빌라이저" 등으로 해결 가능합니다.)

     * LP 디스크의 제작 과정에서 미세한 휘어짐은 자연 발생할 수 있습니다. 

4) 명백한 불량이라고 판단될 경우 '주문번호'와 함께 30초 이상의 해당 영상(재생 불량) 또는 사진(파손 등) 및 

    '턴테이블 모델명' 등을 1:1 게시판 또는 고객센터 이메일(cs@madeedam.com)로 접수 바랍니다.

     * 불량 접수의 경우 제품 수령 후 7일 이내에만 가능합니다.

[ Precautions when Purchasing LP ] 

1) During the manufacturing or shipping process, the jacket and edges are slightly pressed, some wrinkles on the inner (inner),

   Some damage to packaging OPP vinyl and stickers are not eligible for exchange. (No exchange/refund upon opening)

   * In the case of a product that is obviously defective in appearance, be sure to ask for an exchange before opening.

2) When playing with a all-in-one or all-in-one turntable that does not have tonearm and stylus pressure adjustment functions, 

   it may not be able to play normally (noisy or intermittent, etc.).

   In this case, it does not belong to the range of defects, please use the dial with adjustable needle pressure to play.

   * All-in-one, all-in-one turntable without needle pressure (needle weight) adjustment

    / Defects cannot be accepted in case of playback problems with turntables without an anti-skating function.

3) The diameter of the LP center hole and the attachment of the LP label may have minute errors in the process.

   In addition, fine dust, scratches, warping, etc. of discs that do not interfere with playback are not subject to exchange.

   (It is possible to adjust the center hole through a dedicated product, and it can be solved with a dedicated "cleaner" and "LP stabilizer".)

   * Minor warping may occur naturally during the manufacturing process of LP discs.

4) If it is determined to be an obvious defect, please submit the video (defective reproduction) or photo (damage, etc.)

   and 'turntable model name' along with the 'order number' to the 1:1 board or customer center email (cs_en@madeedam.com).  

   * Returns and exchanges for defective products are only allowed to be applied within 7 days after receiving the product, 

     and will not be accepted after that time.

[ LP购买前注意事项 ] 

1) 商品制作或配送过程中，产生的保护套或边角挤压、内页(内层)些许皱褶、

   OPP包装纸及贴纸等部分损毁，皆不包含在退换货范围内。 (商品开封后，则无法退/换货)

   * 外观上有明确的瑕疵状况，请务必于商品开封前确认是否可以换货。

2) 使用不具备唱臂和唱针压力调节功能的一体式或一体式转盘播放时，可能会出现无法正常播放(杂音或断断续续等)的情况。

   在此情况下，不属于瑕疵的范内，请使用可调节针压的转盘进行拨放。

   * 一体式、一体式转盘无针压（针重）调节功能 / 如果转盘出现播放问题，且不具备防滑功能，则不算瑕疵。

3) LP中心孔的直径和LP标签的粘贴在加工过程中可能存在微小误差。

   此外，光盘上的细小灰尘、刮痕、弯曲等不影响播放的情况不予更换。 

   (可以通过专用产品调整中心孔，用专用的“清洁器”和“LP稳定器”即可解决。)

   * 在LP光盘的制造过程中，可能会自然发生轻微的弯曲。

4) 如果确定为明显瑕疵，请将影片（播放瑕疵）或照片（损坏等）和“转盘型号名称”连同“订单编号”

    一起提供给我们客服中心[1:1公告板或E-mail(cs_cn@madeedam.com）]。

   * 商品瑕疵退换货，只允许在收到商品后7天内进行申请，超过时间概不受理。
